Tim Wargel is a REALTOR® and partner with River City Home Team, helping buyers and sellers throughout Southern Indiana navigate real estate with confidence, clear communication, and a personal approach.
Tim believes the best real estate businesses are built on relationships, not transactions. Much of his business comes from past clients, repeat clients, friends, family, and referrals—something he takes seriously. His goal isn't simply to help someone buy or sell a home, but to become the person they feel comfortable calling whenever a real estate question comes up and confidently recommending when someone they care about needs help.
Before real estate, Tim spent years managing complex projects in the automation industry, an experience that shaped the organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, and follow-through he brings to his clients today.
As a partner with Jane Crowley on River City Home Team, Tim combines a modern, organized approach to real estate with the relationship-first philosophy that has been at the heart of the team's business for decades.

JANE CROWLEY

Jane Crowley is an Evansville native who was born and raised in the local area. She became a licensed REALTOR® in 1992 and earned her Broker License in 1993.
Jane graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Master of Business Administration and also holds both a Bachelor and Master of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Evansville.
Her professional designations include Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI).
Outside of real estate, Jane is active in Toastmasters, is an avid bowler, and enjoys spending time with her two sons and five grandchildren.
